Yes. Every unit ships with full tracking. The moment your order is dispatched you will receive an automated email with your tracking link and live coordinates.
30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
We inspect every return on arrival. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Yes. Exchanges are available for the same unit in a different size, subject to stock availability. Same condition rules apply: unworn, tags intact, within 30 days.
If the size you need is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead. We do not offer like-for-like exchanges between different units.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
GSM stands for grams per square metre, the technical measure of fabric weight. Most high-street hoodies are 280-320GSM. Premium brands often reach 380-400GSM. AU CIEL runs at 455GSM.
No. Every AU CIEL garment is pre-shrunk before it leaves our facility in Porto. Wash cold, lay flat to dry, and your piece will hold its dimensions.

Garment dyeing means the entire constructed piece enters the dye bath as a complete garment. The result is dimensional colour that develops with wear rather than a flat, uniform finish.

No, provided you follow the care protocol. Tumble drying at high heat is the primary cause of cotton shrinkage. Do not tumble dry.
For tops, size up. The oversized fit is designed to carry extra fabric. If you are unsure, email sizing@aucielco.com with your height, weight, and the unit you are ordering.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, orders enter dispatch and cannot be altered.
