SHIPPING
AU CIEL offers international shipping for orders placed online.
Orders shipped outside of the Canada and the United States will be subject to your country's applicable customs duties/taxes.
Please be advised that any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 5 business days to verify and process your order and between 5-10 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
As shipping times vary by country, please refer to our shipping policy to view country-specific estimated shipping times.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high order volume periods we may require additional processing time.

ORDER
For items sold out online, you can sign up to be notified when they become available.
From the item detail page, select the colour and size you want and then click on the "Notify Me" button. Enter your email address and submit.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed.
Please carefully review your order prior to completing your purchase.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.
Please ensure that the billing address and postal code is consistent with your bank’s records. Otherwise, you will need to contact your bank/credit card provider as we cannot resolve credit card issues on our end.
Orders placed by customers residing in the United States will be charged in US Dollars (USD).
International customers will see prices in their local currency of the country of residence. International customers may also change the currency shown at any time by selecting their country of residence at the bottom left corner of our website.
In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
We recommend ensuring that your address information is accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
If your local courier requires signature for delivery, they may deliver your package to your local post office if you are unavailable. We recommend reviewing your tracking number upon receiving the delivered email notification to verify with the carrier where the package was left.
