Refund policy

 AU CIEL stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit. Store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the product only - shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit may be used any time and does not expire.

Returns must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

• Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original tags intact will not be accepted.

• Collaborations and limited releases are final sale. This will always be indicated clearly in the product's description.

Once your returned item(s) have been received and verified, store credit will be issued to the email address used to place the order in the form of a gift card. Please allow 2-3 business days after your return has been received for the credit to be issued.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you are looking to exchange your order for another size, color, or product, we ask that you initiate a return and place a new order.
